For home baristas or those who look for gifts with high quality from Vietnam, below are the selection of beans that we offer.

Single Origins

We offer both Robusta and Arabica beans.

Available Size(s): 200g, 500g, 1kg (or wholesales)

Robusta

Caffeine: 2.4% to 3.0%

Robusta coffee usually offers with powerful shot, with 2 times (2x) content of caffeine compared to that in Arabica coffee. With roasting profile from medium-toward-dark giving body experience, unique in aromas and aftertaste at palate, robusta beans bring you the boldest and robust brew. Besides, it is best fit for dietary coffee drinkers where it provides 60% less sugar and fats compared to its peer, Arabica.

Robusta is famously characterised for dark chocolate, powerful with hints of black tea, zest, bitter melon, body (or heavy rounded mouthfeel) and sweet aftertaste. Vietnamese coffee traditionally stands out and is well-known with these characters.

Best brewing method(s): Drip coffee/Vietnam Phin (traditional beans) while others like French press, mocha pot, espresso or any other may go well with premium robusta option.

Vie5 Special Blends

There is a time when our tongue buds need a neutral taste and our bodies need a balance. And so you would look for a cup of blended coffee.

Our arabica blended coffee strikes to balance the most characters of robusta vs arabica beans i.e. power, body and coffee-feel of robusta yet aroma, brightness and fruit-hint of arabica.
