1. How do I get to cafe?

Ans: For those coming by MRT, it will be a 5-10 minutes walk from Tai Seng MRT Exit A. For those travelling by bus, the nearest bus stop is Aft Paya Lebar St (70301).

Available bus services: 22,24,28,43,58,62,70,70M,76,80,93,158.

2. Is your cafe halal?

Ans: Unfortunately, we are not halal-certified. However, our coffee and drinks do not contain any alcohol or pork products. 

3. Are there any vegetarian option available?

Ans: As of now, we do not provide any vegetarian option for our food. We can only help to remove any meat if requested.

4. Do you have seats for more than 6 pax?

Ans: Our cafe currently only have 2 tables which accommodate up to 8 and 10 pax, respectively. For a bigger group, do reserve ahead and check with our staff for availability and arrangement at no.: 6970 9655.

To reserve a table before heading down, please visit us at https://order.vie5com.sg. Do note that you only make reservation 1 day before. Call 6970 9655 to check available if you like to reserve a table within same day.

5. How long will you hold my reserved table?

Ans: We will hold your table up to 15 minutes (if no call is made to inform us of your late coming) before releasing it to other customers in queue. If you are arriving later than the reservation time, do inform us as soon as possible at 6970 9655.

6. Is there a time limit for dining in?

Ans: We do not have a time limit. However, we advise our customers to limit their dining duration to 60 minutes during PEAK hours.

7. What payment do you accept?

Ans: We only accept Cash, NETs and QR Pay (PayNow, PayLah, GrabPay, GooglePay, Alipay) as of the moment.

8. Can I charge my laptop/work/study at your cafe?

Ans: Yes, we welcome you to work/study here. However, we encourage our customers to avoid doing so during PEAK hours. We also provide Wifi for our dine-in customers and seatings with charging outlets (though the socket outlets are limited).

9. Are you family friendly?

Ans: Yes, we are. Many of our regular customers are families. However, as it is a shared space, we seek your understanding in ensuring the reasonable noise level so as other customers'd still be able to enjoy own time at the cafe.

10. Are you pet friendly?

Ans: We have outdoor tables where you can sit and enjoy coffee and dishes if you come with your pet(s), though it is just limited area.

11. Do you have delivery service? 

Ans: Yes, we are available on Deliveroo and FoodPanda. You can order through these two platforms for beverage and food. Or where you like to order for self-collection, you may visit our order site: https://order.vie5com.sg.

For purchase of coffee beans, coffee powder or coffee sachets, please pay a physical visit to our cafe. To make it more convenient for our coffee hunters, we are working to launch on Lazada Platform (COMING SOON...)
